Dab Smartpress Automatic Pump Controller Specification
Dab Smartpress automatic pump controller is available in single phase power, 50 or 60 Hz (115 or 230 v). It protects the pump from dry running. When there is no water, the controller switches the pump off and the WG (water guardian) switches it on every 30 minutes.
Dab Smartpress automatic pump controller has LEDs indicating different operation phases. The green LED shows the present power supply, the yellow LED indicates the pump is working, and the red LED means that it’s blocked due to a lack of water at the supply point. Dab Smartpress automatic pump controller requires no pressure tank. It is very popular among people because of its compact design.

Dab Smartpress Automatic Pump Controller Installation
At the beginning, the electrical power supply must be disconnected and safety regulations should be observed.
- Dab Smartpress automatic pump controller is exactly placed on the output of a surface pump. It has a 1″ male connection and can be placed either horizontally or vertically anywhere on the delivery piping.
- Connect to controller to the water supply, through a female 1¼” thread. It is better to use a flexible hose to prevent any problems.
- Maximum delivery head must be less than 15 meters so that the Smartpress can work properly. Turning the screw clockwise increases the starting pressure, while turning it counterclockwise reduces it.
- Make sure to use a check valve.
