Autonics BEN300-DDT Photo Sensor Specifications
Autonics BEN300-DDT photo sensor product has a diffuse reflective type sensing feature along with a sensing distance of 300mm. Having Opaque, Translucent material as the sensing target, this product utilizes an Infrared LED(940nm) as its light source. With a swift response time of max.1ms and a power supply of 12-24VDC ±10% this device ensures quality performance. The operation mode is set by a switch and the control output is a NPN, PNP open collector simultaneous output while the connection type is a Ø5, 2m cable.
